'Indian spinners tipped to shine in Dubai Champions Trophy'

Renowned Indian sports journalist Vikrant Gupta voiced his optimism regarding the performance of Indian spinners during the Dubai-leg of the Champions Trophy, which was scheduled to commence from February 19.

Taking to X (formerly Twitter), Gupta shared his insights while referencing the ongoing ILT20 tournament in Dubai, hinting at favourable conditions for spin bowlers.

Gupta said, “Finally, spinners are coming into play at the Dubai stadium in ILT20.”

Gupta shared his belief that the conditions could benefit the Indian team.

He stated, “Signs enough of some purchase for the Indian spinners in the Champions Trophy.”
