Several key players unavailable due to participation in Indian Premier League
New Zealand Cricket (NZC) has appointed Tom Latham as captain for the upcoming three-match ODI series against Pakistan, set to begin on March 29.
The 13-member squad includes Pakistani-origin fast bowler Mohammad Abbas.
Several key New Zealand players, including Mitchell Santner, Rachin Ravindra, Devon Conway, and Glenn Phillips, will be unavailable for the series due to their participation in the Indian Premier League (IPL).
New Zealand’s squad features a blend of experienced and emerging players, with notable inclusions such as Michael Bracewell, Mark Chapman, Nathan Smith, and Will Young. Other players in the squad include Jacob Duffy, Nick Kelly, Daryl Mitchell, and Ben Sears.
