'Spin-friendly wickets have nothing to offer for batters, pacers'
Pakistan red-ball captain Shan Masood said on Sunday that it was important to take the home advantage for emerging as the top-notch cricket team.
Addressing a press conference after thumping the West Indies in the one-sided contest, Masood said, "We will go to win as many matches as we can in the home conditions."
He said, "One department needs to give a sacrifice to uplift the other one [department]."
Speaking about the behavior of the spin-friendly wickets, Masood said, "The pitches like this have nothing to offer for the batters and fast bowlers."
Noman Ali and Sajid Khan had once again proved their mettle and powered Pakistan to a comprehensive 127-run victory against the West Indies in Multan on Sunday.
