Off-spinner upbeat about clinching victory against West Indies
Pakistan off-spinner Sajid Khan said on Saturday that he always focus to perform well for the country.
Addressing a press conference in Multan, following the end of day two. Khan said: "I was looking to bag another wicket that is why, I conceded some runs of late."
Khan added: "I talked about getting out of the domestic cricket despite giving performances."
He expressed optimism that the Green Shirts can beat the West Indies if they manage to post over 300-run target.
"We will formulate our plan after seeing the strategy of the West Indies," he said.
Speaking about getting any potential chance to play in the white-ball cricket, he said, "I will look to learn something new if get any opportunity to play in the white-ball format in the future."
"It is a good omen if the results come in our favour by preparing the spin-friendly wickets," Khan added.
He maintained, "Even South Africa and Australia prepare the pitches that suit them against the visitors."
